Healthy life tips

Each person would want to live healthy. If you healthy, you can do anything. Without you realize sometimes you do not appreciate the importance of health. You will realize it after you sick. In fact, if you sick, you will spend more money for expenses than the cost to prevent it. Prevent better than you go to a doctor. You know if you go to a doctor you must spent more money.


Simple tips from me to keep you always health ;
- Do healthy life way
- Sleep 8 hours a day
- Eat at the right time
- Do refreshing (like as picnic, tour and others) every month to keep your mind
- Keep communication at your home. It will help you keep your mind to always fresh without problem at your home.
- Keep sanitation, hygiene, and keep your home always cleaned
- Check up periodically
- Less junk food
- More eat vegetables
